CE Credits: 6
Course Description: For practices that have embraced clear aligner therapy and treat a large number of patients, they understand that it’s more than just offering up a solution to patients when the patients request it. Clear aligner practices must make sure the entire customer journey in their practice is an experience that builds trust with patients. The message from the front office to the back office to the clinician must be consistent, with the focus on educating patients of the clinical benefits of clear aligners, not just esthetics. In this study club, you will learn how each role in the practice is important in building trust with the patient, ways you can educate your patients on the clinical benefits of clear aligners, and tools to use to help market clear aligners to your patients. There will be plenty of case review.
Objectives:
Understand staff roles’ involvement in your practice in building trust with your patient base and how they each facilitate the Staff/Practice Workflow
Be able to identify and select the right cases for clear aligner treatment and understand the clinical parameters for case selection
Be able to effectively communicate the “want” aesthetics versus “need” total healthcare discussion
Understand how using a Treatment Planning Service can help your practice gain momentum with clear aligners to improve success in your practice
